Cut my tcase skid up today, waiting for it to dry then ill have some pics.
Also fixed my ****ty idle and tps prob, do NOT buy sensors from autozone. Put a mopar tps and iac in the jeep and it runs perfect. When it had the autozone tps it idled at like 1-1500 now it sits stable at 700 or so. Im a happy person. Haha

Strongly considering cutting out my rockers and doing a setup like yours. I know you kind of did it this way out of necessity, but Im looking to build sliders and doing it this way honestly doesnt seem like much more work then building bolt-on style ones. Plus the extra clearance would be nice.

If you hadnt got your rocker beat on would you still have done it this way?

Bolt on sliders aren't worth the money. I didn't beat in my rockers and cutting them out was the only option for me

Aftermarket sliders are way too pricy, I will be fabbing up either, I just got to thinking today and it seems that doing rocker replacement with 2x6 would actually be easier almost.

Weeder didnt you say the weld in 2x6 seemed to stiffem things up also? Or maybe im thinking of something/someone else.

I thought about bolt on's but for what i was doing that was not an option. Idc how "strong" they are by bolting to the pinch and uni i will still bend them. It did stiffen it a bit but nothing really noticeable. Body makes no noise lifting it with the hi lift. I was going to use 2x6 but i want rails so thats why 2x4 was used.
