Thats why slider are so important, that and 1" of lift is the next thing. Id like a hair more clearance just because.

Looks like some good fun there. Sliders are nice. My XJ is low, but I feel I've put all the right skids on to allow me to "slide" over stuff my belly and sides if the jeep hit. Build/buy stout stuff, you won't have to worry. And I want your rear bumper lol.

Yeah, see i like you flat belly a lot but i dont have the down time available to do that. I dont need much more clearance so that why im just going to go with a 4" or mabye 4.5" coil and relocations.

Yea thats going to be awesome ... I really cant wait to see that. I have to lookin in to make the doors shorter, that really is so solid. I can't wait to see!

I just ordered some new stuff, after that I need to finish my motor, then I'm right behind you doing the sliders.

I love how I did mine, but I wish I would have gone the extra mile and shortened the doors to gain a couple of inches more.

Ive thought more on cutting the doors and i dont really think i wanna f with them. A lot of work to gain only 2". I will be using 2x4x3/16 for the rockers with 1.5"x3/16 tubing for rails. It will be the same width if i would hve went with 2x6, but now ill have a spiffy step/rail/bumper. Ftwww

The rockers should be done in two weeks, gonna be schweet. No door cutting, too much work to gain little.
