Optional: I've only owned this since the beginning of June 2012. The XJ is the project/toy Jeep of the fleet and was bought for the purpose of "saving" the WK from trail damage. It sat on jackstands in the garage for over two weeks while I planned how to fix the cracked welds in the rear internals from the PO. The first pic is from right after I installed the Aussie and the other two are from it's maiden voyage under my ownership.

Optional: This is my 2nd XJ after my 1st one got totaled when someone ran a red light. I was able to swap most of the parts over, but had a chance to skip a budget boost and do a full lift kit and use what I learned from the 1st one to make this one better. It's a slow build due to being a full-time student, but it's coming along quite nicely.

Optional: After my YJ was stolen, I didn't know what I wanted to replace it with. Bike, car, pickup, another Wrangler...saw the XJ one night while browsing craigslist. I didn't know any of the technical differences between the years, but after 6 hours of bus rides and transfers I made it to the dealer and picked it up. Lucky me, it was a '99. Daily-driven 55 miles a week to work and back.
Thanks to everyone who entered this month and good luck to all!!
