Vote for the July 2013 Cherokee Of The Month!!!

COTM Voting Rules and Guidelines

If your entry makes it to the final poll you have one opportunity to vote for yourself if you choose to do so.
A minimum of 25 technical posts are required to participate in the voting process.
If you are found cheating in anyway, you will be disqualified from the contest and not be allowed to enter again. In some cases you may also be banned. The following would be considered cheating:

1. Making multiple accounts to vote for yourself or asking anyone else to create new accounts to vote for you.
2. Asking your friends to register on JeepForum.com so they can vote for you. Excessive new member votes could be not counted.
3. Posts or threads anywhere within JeepForum.com asking for votes.
4. Promoting your entry on any other website asking people to vote for you - this includes threads, signatures, or anything hinting at the fact that you are competing.
5. Slander will not be tolerated under any condition or reason. This contest is intended to be fun so keep the discussion positive natured.
6. Do not post extra pictures of contestant rigs in the voting thread. There is a three picture limit for entries.

This contest is for the members of JF to decide. The only advertising you are allowed to do for yourself is in your JF signature but please do so in a tasteful way, just keep it in line with other JF signatures.
Letís have good clean poll thread here thanks.

Wheels/Tires: 38.5X15X16 Cut Boggers on Steel 16x7 wheels

Other Notable Modifications: 1.5" DOM and 7/8" heims for all steering components and track bar. JB Conversions Super Short SYE with Custom built CV shafts front and rear. RAD Design Manual Shift Controller for AW4. OR-Fab rear Bumper. Warn M8000 Winch

Favorite Modification: Cut Boggers

Least Favorite Modification: Wheels at this time.

Best Trail Damage: Took an 8' chunk of 5/8" rebar in the rocker last week. Left a hole the size of a quarter.

Build Thread: I bought my first Jeep this week, and it's an XJ

Optional: We use our XJ almost exclusively off road. My wife and I wheel and camp with this Jeep several times per month all summer long. Every time we go out I find something I want to improve. This little hobby is almost an obsession.

Wheels/Tires: 32x11.5 Hankook Dynapro MT's on 15x8 Cragar D Windows w/ 4" backspacing

Other Notable Modifications: Dirtbound Offroad Mojave front bumper, IRO HD tie rod, Autopal H4 Housings, Hella 80/100w bulbs, Putco harness, Pioneer headunit, 20% tint, Thrush Welded muffler tucked up close to underside.

Favorite Modification: Aussie locked D30. Its absolutely incredible how much of an improvement it made pulling up on the big rocks.

Least Favorite Modification: 3" budget boost I started with. I had plans to make it super clean "bigger stock" looking but shoulda just said to hell with that and went straight to this. That and my AAL is more of a midlength one so I will be swapping that out.

Best Trail Damage: my diff covers have taken a huge beating, ripped stock exhaust off.

Build Thread: VegasGT's "TastefullyCheap" Build - '99 XJ

Optional: Picked the Jeep up off an old man who kept it well maintained and after some time and putting my purse down I began to tear into it. It has turned into a nice weekend warrior. My wife and I load up for a weekend of wheeling, drive the 45 mile trip down, wheel and camp out of it the whole weekend and drive it back home. It will never be done but Ive been very happy with the setup so far.

Favorite Modification: everything I've done but the Aussie and the chassis stiffeners rank high

Least Favorite Modification: none of them

Best Trail Damage: the usual pinstriping and "lovetaps" here and there

Build Thread: My Other Build Thread

Optional: The XJ is the project/toy Jeep of our fleet and was bought for the purpose of "saving" the WK from trail damage. I find myself wanting to drive it more and more.

There's something about lockers front and rear that gets me every time. The trailer was tempting but I'm partial to axle swaps.

Nice group all around though. I would be proud to own (not just wheel) any jeep here!

Give yourselves a hand! Then come vote for some more square headlights.

Lots of nice rigs in this months poll. I'm partial to Red so VegasGT got my vote. Being all locked up I suspect his XJ gets around pretty good. Good luck to all.
