We should all just have one community build thread. Hahaha

Well anyways. I figured out where that god awful noise coming from the rear end is coming from. The shackles are hitting the frame whenever they become compressed. Gonna order some shackle brackets and lift shackles. Also gonna get a speedometer gear and true and source some Parts for my "new" tire rack.

I don't really care about the joint build thread. You can use mine for that if you want. . . Start a new one. . . Either way.

Get what welded yet? I was asking Kevin if he was going to get the HD shackle relocation brackets. I installed mine awhile ago. No welding needed.

No waiting till you say I can bring it to Mr. Weld It. I took the tire off I broke the hinge shims and it squeaks and rattles.

You have an automatic with a 231 transfer case? What size tires?

I went with the shackle relocation brackets from HD Offroad and I'm very happy with them.

KG have you seen the shackle relocation brackets a user on CF is making? http://www.cherokeeforum.com/f10/low...n-kits-156665/ They dont increase your lift height like the RC ones do.

WOW! $120 for those relocation brackets? I think that is a bit pricey.

*edit*

Nevermind. . . Didn't realize HD Offroad's were $130. Did I really pay that much for them? Huh. . . Oh well

I was gonna go with iro. That way I can go with some boomerang shackles as well. I want the extra lift anyways. That way I can get rid of my *** end sag. I wish I would have picked up the shackles from the dude I got the gas tank from. He was only asking 20 bucks for em.
