Tow hook retaining tabs?

Does anyone know where i can find tow hook retainer tabs that will work with the factory hooks and brackets? i mean the little tabs that keep a strap from sliding off.

or aftermarket hooks with tabs that will attach to factory brackets?

Buy these Universal D-ring Mounts They are safer than tow hooks an you'll never loose a strap it'll bolt to your towhook bracket
