Totally Bored on a Sunday
Well I have no plans today, and none of my friends can do anything. Anyone have any ideas for a one day solo Jeep project?

Not a bad idea but I just did that last weekend :[
I would paint my steel rims black, but I don't have enough paint at home, and I can't go buy any myself since I am not 18.

Yeah or at least all the places I go won't sell it to you. It's under lock and key at all the hardware places in SD. It's such a joke, this would be the perfect project for me today.

That's California for you man. I have been wanting to paint my rims black for like 3 weeks ugh
I guess I will be mounting switches which takes 20 minutes, what to do with the other 10 hours?

The paint rule is supposed to be like that here. No sale for minors. It's not locked up though.

I assume this has to do with tagging and vandalism no? Weird... never heard of that before.
Sucks man, would be a good project for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Yeah it is. I live in a quiet neighborhood too. The only tagging around here is in tunnels that run like 30 feet under everything, but that's not the only thing that happens in there. This is such a stupid law, if someone wants to use the paint in a bad way, how would this stop them?

i think its the vandalism and the huffing of the paint.
i would buy paint for an underage kid.
If i had all day, id rotate the tires, Change the Oil, grease the zerks,
vacuum and wash, figure out how/where to mount a shovel, and hand saw,
things like that

We need more people like you here! Or I need to move back to where I am really from.
Well I am really in a pickle today. I have 2k before I do my oil again, I have a shovel mount on my rack, and I can't buy paint!
I guess I will rotate my tires.

Ive heard that bogus *** law. Pretty sure its so ******* 15 year olds dont sit there and huff a whole can. My thing is...if there that stupid to huff rattle can paint, then let them.
Ive never been asked for my id and im only 19.
