The bend in the ZJ tie rod makes it weak and they like to fold easily there. I wouldn't even waste my money. I'd either do the IRO replacement or just get another stock one for now.

Wish I would have had internet out in the boondocks to tell you about the wj crossover steering swap. 100x better than the crappy Y set up and it would have been way cheaper.

Any tips on aligning it with a ZJ set up?

Eye balling it for now, because I'll probably have to re-adjust it slightly once the new track bar is on.

Then I'll get it as close as possible measuring, if need be, alignment.

You'll have to find a shop that isn't gonna tell you "we can't do that cuz you don't have stock size tires."
