Things you need to know about Jeeps. LOL

DW = Death Wobble and it's not caused by a bad steering stabilizer.

Yes your exhaust manifold is cracked and yes it's a pain to replace

TPS = Throttle postion sensor and they go bad all the time. I keep a spare.

Brown coolant is not muddy coolant. If you have mud inside the radiator you are in trouble.

No, Dana 35's will not last with 35" tires. Don't believe me...try it...

Yes, that is oil leaking under your Jeep.. it wasn't there when you parked there.

Your Cherokee runs hot.... Wow, mine too....

At 210 degrees 15 lbs of oil pressure is pretty good 10 lbs is probably ok and at 5 lbs you had better switch to Rotella.

Keep it going!!!

No, you cannot ignore a brake leak until you get some money to fix it.

The water pump is NEVER supposed to have any play in it's shaft, not even a little.

Knocking in the engine is not the same as "ticking", and where the sound comes from on the engine makes a BIG difference is how serious it is.

You cannot just throw in some R134a on your AC system and expect it to be fixed. Do it right, or pay someone to do it, if you don' t know how or have the tools.

I have a 2.5 L and it gets the same gas milage as my 4.0... why is that?

Jeeps parts are expensive, Gm parts are not as much, but a lot of GM parts fit on a jeep... humm

Jeep cherokee, grand cherokee, jeep yj and TJ have many interchangabel parts. good to know next IM at the JY

I have a jeep, for some reason I compled to lift it, put on bigger tires, winch, SYE and still drive trails that it could stock...

Yes, your stock leaf packs are shot. No, an add a leaf wont fix them.

Yes, you should have checked that CEL light before the engine went.

That's not a tax refund, that's new somethings for your jeep

Your wife will be jealous of your relationship with your jeep

Your jeep will love you if you love it, but is the most high maintenance women you will ever be with

1. Jeep get very poor gas mileage, if Jeep could have got more MPGs out of our engine, they would have done it and bragged about it.

2. Don't try to improve on #1 by putting on after market add on stuff and expect great results, you will generally not get your money out of those things.

The tax refund is the government mandated jeep savings account.
