SYE advice

I found a sye with everything but the hardware bag.. he says there is a little surface rust that can simple be wiped away with oil...
He through a price at 125.00 Im thinking thats way to high because i can get one for 160 brand new and comes with everything. What do you think I should offer him? Im think 75 and shipping..?

Second Question: Do I absolutely need a new drive shaft or can I squeeze by for now?..

Third Question: Is there a drive-shaft from another car/truck that would work? trying to cut cost as much as possible for now but dont wanna pass up this deal..
