stuck pivot bolt on alternator

i have a 98 cherokee, and the bottom pivot bolt on the alternator is stuck. ive used pb blast on it and let it sit over night and still wont budge. Any experience with this problem?

try harder? Can you get a cheater bar on your ratchet.. something will give.

I had an issue with this on my WJ on the upper bolt. It turned out the bolt was bent. I needed a breaker bar to loosen it.

what are u using to try n break it loose? a six point socket and a longer bar will get it done. does it go into a blind hole or is there a nut on the back?
