A reasonable price depends on who does the work, what you're adding, price goes up after 3". Size of tires depends on wheels, stock or aftermarket.
A decent budget lift will cost about $150-200. You'll likely be able to fit 31x10.5 tires or 30x 9.5...but they will rub slightly on your suspension parts if you run stock wheels. A bigger lift will not change that, then you run in to changing wheels, or control arms.
Any lift, installed by a shop should run you upwards of $600, all the way to $2K...+ the big tires. Most budget lifts can be installed in a driveway in an afternoon...or all weekend.
