Should I keep my rocking reclining seats?

My 89 has these driver and passenger side. Not sure if I like them. I just got this jeep and wanted to swap seats. They are dirty but will clean up great. Not my first rodeo. I'm was gonna go with a set of cloth zj seats but found some laredo seats I like way better.

Debating do I mount them on the rocking recliners or not and just toss them out.

First pic stock with rockers.
Second is the PJs
Third is the laredo seats I'm going with.

The Laredo seats have a weird look to them, but they are actually pretty cool looking! Im looking for aftermarket seats too, just looking for somthing that has a good amount of side padding and those look like they have a ton. The stock seats in your XJ are in great shape! I would not just throw them out... I would put them up on ebay or craigslist and get a few bucks for them.

Yup. Clean em up and sell em. Or make your recliners I guess, I prefer mine to have arms lol

Yeah I won't just toss them per say lol. I haven't seen another jeep or any car with this type of rocking recline system tho. So I may hang onto them till I figure out how rare they are as an option.

I opted for the laredo seats. They are nice and firm and the side bolsters do feel good.
