should i buy this $600 beater?

i found a 91 xj laredo for sale today.

260xxx miles, engine was replaced with a '97 il6

needs a brake booster and new door seals.

the interior is kind of messed upp, but i plan on tearing it out and rhino lining it anyway.

$600 cash, and i sent her an email to ask if she would be interested in trading my mazda 626 (4 dr sedan [for sale, if anyone is interested]) since i saw that she had kids in the back seat.

what do you guys think?

Sounds like an ok deal. I would at least try for $400 or $500 since it does need some work before it is safe for driving on the street, not to mention, there are always gremlins that show up later.
You may want to try to pay cash for what ever price you decide on and sell the Mazda for cash to put into the Jeep?

It doesn't need new door seals, it just needs to have the doors come off.

I'd buy it.
