So while I was working.I'm a ups driver.came across and 1998 jeep Cherokee black sport.sitting with a rear flat tire.no plates. Knocked on door asked if it was for sale. And it was...after checking it out.NO RUST.walked away with it for 800 cash.needed a jump and battery for alarm clicker.the old lady has receipts for new exhaust.rotors pads and water pump.its dirty as hell but I'm in love.4 door ac.heat and heated mirrors.drives smooth no wobble at 55mph.miles are 115k.so far just needs oil change .raditior hose.and tires which I have.will post pics soon.so now I have two Cherokees.and one of them is forsale..
So happy I had delivery at her house.its so clean of rust.
anything I should know about 1998.probly going to do spark plugs wires cap and rotor from summit racing.they have nice brass kit.champion plugs as well.just for price of mind.complete radiator flush .feeling like I stole something today.easily could of sold this for 3k
Thats a deal and a half for such a nice looking and rust free Jeep. I used to live in Queens but I am now in NJ. I usually look for my jeeps in the 5 boroughs because they are a lot more rust free than the ones in Northwest NJ or PA.
Its been a while. My trucks doing great.
