90 - xj laredo- 4.5" rough country lift, 6.5" of total lift with drop brackets, zj disc brakes on c8.25, olympic winch bumper, jcr upper and lower quarter armor, IRO hack-n-tap and rock sliders and rear bumper. rugged ridge 8500lb winch. Spartan locker up front. With a jd yellow paint job, 97+ front end and bushwacker cut out flares. 35's

thanks, I got the idea back in 2007/8 when cherokeegrrl had a really nice write up for her red cherokee (on this site). After the 33s I kept flinging rocks and crud on my jeep and had some rubbing issues with the stock flares so I went TJ flare and cut the fender at the same time so I could keep the low COG.

P.S. does anybody have an explanation as to why my XJ has 10 spaces in the grille? Mine is the only one I've seen with 10 opposed to 7

Cause yours has the earlier grille, this is how they came in 1984 and later AMC years then in 1990, I think is when they went to the 7 slotted grille. Chrysler took over in 1987, took them 3 years to start really changing over.
