Rear quarter panels

i was wondering if they make any kind of quarter panel guard to just weld on over the old ones. mine are really rusted out so im lookin for a good way to fix them. pictures tomorrow

welding over rust isn't a good way to do anything.

What part of them is rusted? You could do the cut 'n' fold mod and get rid of the lower part. Not only does it get rid of rusted metal, it also eliminates a damage-prone area and (IMO) looks pretty good.

Cut out the rust and get the C-Rock armor, or some other brand.

I think the cut 'n' fold is just what you need. It comes out something like this (stupid pic, but you can see the removed portion of the rear quarters):



Now there is nothing to rust or get smashed by rocks. When I get around to getting a custom bumper the ends will wrap around to further protect the bottom of the the quarters.
