Go for the d-windows . . the ravines look boring and are like having stock rims, the d-windows make for a more aggressive look . . and who cares if EVERYONE has them, EVERYONE on here also has a jeep

look elsewhere. Ravines don't have correct backspacing, and D Windows are ugly and one everything like the soft 8s. If you could pick up some 1' spacers the ravines would look sick. Maybe paint them some other color besides the stock silver. A little paint does wonders for old nasty rims.

Ravines are so over rated. Forget d windows, go for the V5's. I've got soft 8's and I like them a lot, but I wish I got the V5's

I've always been partial to the D-windows and have had them on my rig for quite some time. The key is to get some cheapo Gloss Black spray paint and paint over the red and blue stripe. Touch up as needed.

And yes they look much better than the other black wheel that is way overused. Besides, any part that has "soft" in its name has no place on a jeep that is supposed to be "badass"

I personally think the D-windows and the American Racing (similar styled) wheels look the best. Thats probably what Ill be getting... although I prefer more of a matte black than a gloss.

Not digging the Ravines

instead of tape, give index cards a whirl. Saves you lots of time and it gives you a little height to avoid spraying the tires. You can also reuse the cards for your other wheels as appose to masking each one. Just wedge the index cards between the tire and wheel and stagger them a little.

Of those two, I think Eric's right, roll with the D-windows, or something that doesn't come stock on XJs.

...as for me personally, I prefer my TJ canyons, they're a little wider than those found on a ZJ but still give a clean solid look.
