Pulled a front Axle ... it came out too Easy ... I'm scared

The pinion bearing on my LP D30 called it quits about a year ago - it's to the point now, that I can wiggle the pinion around!

At the junkyard yesterday, I was having quite a hard time finding Cherokees! There's always a million Cherokees here. Found 3 2000s, an 88 (with CAD ...). Finally found a rotbox 99. But it had the HP axle and 1999.5+ wheel bearings.

When I checked the axle to make sure it didn't have any noises, I couldn't turn the left side. Wanted to check if it was the wheel bearing ... the wheel bearing came right out!!! That never happens!

Diff was good, it was a seized wheel bearing.

The trac bar bolt came right out, and the trac bar popped right out!
Upper control arm bolts came right out!!!!!!!
Lower Control Arm bolt on the passenger side came out with no prob, left side had to be cut because I couldn't get the socket around the diff.

Steering also popped out.

This was a rotbox 99. Now I'm a bit worried about how hard my 2000 is going to come apart - it's not rusty (especially in the front).

But the 99 came apart wayyyyyy too easily.

On a side note, I now have another set of front axle shafts to sell!

Could have been someone just loosening stuff and practicing taking off parts. I do that sometimes so I don't mess up on my Jeep.

There was 14 years of rust on all of the threads. Maybe the PB blaster helped that much?

I have bad luck. This came out easy, which means that mine is going to be impossible haha.

Oh well. Time to do my first ball joint job!
