Project not sure: a Non Build Thread

Picked this up for 500. Runs and drives. I was gonna use it to convert my 2wd xj to 4x4 but now im kinda wanting to make it a trail rig. What do you guys think?
Looks pretty good huh?

Ok. Maybe not perfect

Maybe a dent or two

But what do you guys think tear down or build up?

^^x2. Doesnt even look like that door shuts. Could use it for parts for the other XJ but to fix it and build up would be more expensive I think. The other one would be a better base to start from.

2 door trail rig

I agree you should use it as a doner, but I do love 2 doors with chopped tops.

Ok. So I think in gonna try to fix it up. I was wondering if anybody hace any ideas on the best way to fix the body damage. Try to pull it? Or cut out the damaged parts and beat them straight or replace with non damaged parts?

you can get everything you need out of the JY get a new drivers door, if you want to keep the doors on, pull that rear quarter the best you can, and fix the rocker and your good to go. grill bezels and lights your looking at roughly 100.00 give or take 25.00, 2 doors rock btw

So I sold this to my buddy a while ago cause I didnt have anywhere to keep it and he wanted a 4x4. So he found a flathead v8 for his 49 ford and was trying to sell it but had no luck and wanted to know if I would buy it back. So after I checked it out to make sure he hadnt made the body damage any worse or hacked the top off I said I would only buy it back if he let me keep it at his place and he agreed so I got my 2door back. So expect a build thread
