Yes. Exhaust is a visual inspection and I work at a dealership so it's really a non-issue.

I cut it off and threw it out the first time I got it on a lift. Running the cat hollowed out with a new Subaru STI resonator on it right now. Get yourself an exhaust kit, makes doing it so much easier and they're cheap.

I've got a $40 one from work and it works great.
Well we can hope for better weather... I heard this winter will go back and forth from warm to very cold.

I found last night after further inspection that my tail pipe is welded to the muffler. And pretty sloppily at that. So I'll be cutting regardless and probably getting a cat back system... how did you get your cel to go off after you hollowed your cat? Or do you ignore it?

I keep hearing that word lately what exactly is that?

I need something that will not make a cdl but also be able to pass emissions. Anything OBDII is plugged into for emissions so I still need that capability...

Let's not derail the owners thread here.

Try googling "Jeep Renix"

That is the upstream, you don't have a downstream O2 sensor.

Started on some sliders today.

Thought I had 2 sticks of 1.75x1.75x.1875 and a stick of 2x2x.25, but I had 1 of the 1.75" and 2 2" so two of the arms on one of the sliders ended up being 2x2x.25, but the rest of them are all 3/16.

I was going to weld them to the frame, but I decided to hold off and make them bolt on so I can remove them to replace the rockers with 2x6s later.

Came out totally square, just screwed up and just winged it on the arm placement since I didn't have my Jeep with me today. The backside plate is too high to mount them to the frame straight. Not a huge deal though, I can just bolt it through two top holes on the plate and weld another piece of plate on the bottom side to bolt through the bottom of the frame on the rear end.

For anyone who's curious on the dimensions, the plate is 3x4x7/16, the arms are 9.5", and the sliders are 62". They span from the front of where my front fender is cut to just before the end of the rockers where the rear wheel well starts. Intentionally held that inch off because I'm going to be cutting that out to make the wheel wells bigger to fit 35s after christmas. Sliders when mounts are 1/6th of an inch from being flush with the outside of the rockers.
