I was planning on going 1 tons but I am having NO LUCK getting the axles I want. so I am gonna go the more average joe setup. D44 up front AMC 20 HD rear wide trax axles out of a wagoneer chief!

cool deal... I sold my D44/9" to Jay. I'm not sure what I'll end up going with when I get back.... D60/14 bolt? Pair of D60's? another D44/9" combo? We'll see...

Nice save on the fender. I BFHed my LCA mounts when I swapped in WJ arms and my XJ has never been in an accident. I would imagine you definitely will need to hammer on your uppers.

Finally got the uppers in... a few weeks later... been working allot latley. anyways the mounts where FUBAR so BFHed it out and a grinding wheel

let see mmmmmmmmmmmm AXLES!!!!!!!!!! they are pretty much ready to go... need to be cleaned up painted disc break conversion and a few little custom stuff haha... they guy said they are geared really low and have detroits in both... gonna go through them next weekend.




After I got the jeep put back togehter i went and made sure everything worked the same haha...

of couse man... any chance I can get you to hang onto them for a bit though? I was supposed to deploy for a year, but **** is on hold right now. Glitch with my security clearance that needs cleared up. It sucks... no clue how long this is going to take.

yeah itll be awhile before I do the swap still building up my part list and the main key TIME OFF haha I will hold onto them for you for sure!
