NJ State Law for Stingers on bumpers.

does anyone know the NJ Law on a bumper with a stinger. a big one like this-

If this is your DD, you might want to go a different route. I don't think you understand how F'n big Rusty's stinger is. Its overkill if you ask me, and the tubing for the actual bumper sticks out like a foot from the front end of the jeep. Im sure that it isn't illegal to have one, but why would you want that one?

That is so pointless.Why even have that in Jersey?Afraid of failing into a big mud hole?

I can understand having one that is helpful and is minimal.But something that large does nothing but get in the way.A reasonable one will pass right through inspection.
