NewJersey sucks?

Where are all the trails at in New Jersey? It's a little discouraging trying to build my Cherokee up when I can't find any cool places to ride. I'm from the 08518 area and it's pretty boring, I've only gone through puddles that are off to sides of highways.

I can't even find ANYTHING online about trails in NJ, I kinda wish I lived in the west, they have some crazy rock crawling trails and such..

I'm from Columbus and I used to go to Wharton State Forest or random trails off of Rt. 72 towards LBI.

Yes. Jersey sucks. This is the biggest contribution it's made to america that most people are aware of.

Anyway, back to the topic. I didn't look where in NJ you're at but there are tons of places by me. Wall, Lakewood, lacey, and bayville. If you want specifics, let me know.

I'm from North Jersey. Land is way too valuable up here to have an off road park. If there was thousands of acres around here for off-roading, there'd be a mall on it. Google NJ Jeep Association. They are a group in South Jersey. They do monthly rides, clean-ups, fundraisers, trips, etc and arrange wheeling trips from anywhere in the Pines to the bigger parks.

As for the Jersey shore cast members, thank New York for that contribution since none of them are from the Jersey Shore and most are from New York.

You have to go east from where you are to find big state parks like the Wharton Tract to get into the woods. Know where you are going. People make a mistake thinking you can't get in trouble in the Pine Barrens. Once you get into the heart of it along Route 72 and down Route 9 there are many many places you can go off into the Barrens. Lake Absegami State Park, Bass River State Forest, cranberry bogs, logging trails, lots of places to explore. Then there is the Pineys to watch out for, but thats another story. Oh yeah and the Jersey Devil but nobody believes that anymore. Want to clear out of there before night fall. LOL. Have fun.

Come down to the pines.

Any the Jersey Shore crap, that pisses me off to no end. Those losers arent even from Jersey. MOST of NJ is a nice place, except up north. North NJ is like a post-apocolpytic wasteland. South NJ is really nice.
