new xj

Just picked up a stock 01 xj. Need some opinions on what I should do to it. I got some 31"s I plan on throwing on it right away. Can I fit 31's on stock xj? Obviously there going to rub but will it be driveable. Will they just rub while turning? I had 31's on my stock zj before I put a lift on and they rubbed when turning hard but other than that it was driveable. Thinking im going to go with a 3" lift also. Which one do you guys recommend and I see theres a few different kits which come with more or less parts. What is all needed? This will be a daily driver with an occasional run through a corn field here and there come hunting season.

I have 31's with a 2" lift and it rubs, I would suggest waiting until you have your lift before putting on the 31's.

It just rubs while turning? Well the 31's are on my zj and I want to sell that so I was going to swap tires with the stock ones on my xj. Need to sell the zj before I can get a lift.

It rubs going over bumps and stuff. I'm going to a 3 1/2" lift once they ship it.
