New lift kit or fix the existing one?

I bought a 2001 XJ it has a lift but needs
1. track bar
2. pitman arm joint
3. sway bar liks
4. busghings
5. steering damper
I do not know what size lift i have I think its a 4 inch lift maybe a 3 my question is I'm looking at an 800 dollars in parts to keep the existing lift or should I spend another 3 and get a skyjacker 4" kit for 1125.000?
Do most lift kits come with all of the parts Ive listed above or will I still need to buy anything listed in 1 through 5?

Where in the hell are you getting your prices at ?

I pieced together a 3.5" RE lift with full leafs for $685 including Bilstein 5100 shocks !

All of the parts you listed should run you 3-400 at most
