Need a Little Advice

I've been searching frantically for some new tires, I cant really afford new so its been Craigslist for me, I found some nice 31x10.5s on stock wrangler rims, I did a little research and they are 5.5 inches backspacing, for my lift with 32x11.5 they recommend 3.75" bs, so I thought perhaps I could get some 1.5" wheel spacers for the time being. Questions, comments concerns? Thanks guys

you could get some wheel spacers but don't get cheap ones. I learned that lesson when i lost my wheel while driving ha

Spidertrax or don't do wheel spacers. Spidertrax is the only brand I haven't heard any horror stories about.

I read about them earlier, they look awesome, and are probably be worth the money, but it's just a matter of finding the money for them after i get the tires.

However, I have read some good reviews about the rough country 1.5" spacers, which are about half the cost.

I would say, instead of buying spacers, which if I remember spidertrax is roughly $200+ for a set of four, buy brand new steelies for the same price with the proper backspacing.

Agreed. Check out Summitracing.com for some good prices and options on wheels. You will get brand new wheels for about the same cost and you don't have to ever worry about something going wrong with your spacers.

as for the tires, you could keep looking on Cl for a different set, or buy those and sell the wheels.

I bought four 15" rims from summit 212 bucks shipped to my door.


better then dealing with spacers. and I havent ever heard of anything bad about RC spacers?? I just got some for my jeep.

My cousin is a tire guy, and even he says they are very good, so thats another possibility, and $212 shipped for 4 15" rims? sounds too good to be true.

Wow, just checked it out, you were exactly right, 4 soft 8's 15x8" to my house for $211.68, probably going this way then grabing some 32x11.5's
