OK - someone please splain something to me....

Why are Warn, Kevin's Off Road, Hanson, and other manufacturers $1300 for a rear with spare carrier, and $850 for a front, and the Nates are $450 and $355....????

I assume with this stuff (new to off-road parts) you get what you pay for, but the Nates stuff looks solid and well made. Maybe it is, maybe it is not. Can some one please set me straight that I need to spend a ton of coin, or can I save a ton of coin ???

Thank you....

Barry

because those places are grossly over priced. jcr offroad also makes nice products at competitive prices. i wouldnt knock Nates just because of the price

Thanks... that was my concern. Wasn't knocking them, questioning if they were the reasonably priced quality option.

I am REALLY paying attention, I'm ready to order bumpers right now.

I've run Nate's rear bumper for a few years now and its held up awesome. The big company's have overhead and thats a good chunk of what your paying for as well. Small company's like Nate's and others build there stuff as they get the order saving the customer money.

Not a bad choice at all and you'll save money which you can use for other goodies.

I have his Slimline Winch Bumper and got it in a timely manner. Order on Saturday, shipped on Friday the next week, and got it Wednesday the week after. Very good for hand made, and his welds are so nice!

I agree. I think for the money (for any money really) JCR makes the best looking winch bumper.

I got a steel bumper and designed my own winch mount to keep it close, alot of winch bumpers are big bulky and stick out too far

Dang, I wish I had known about them before I bought my other bumper. Could've saved $100 bucks. His stuff looks nice.
