My xj cherokee build

How can I tell when I need to add new leaf springs to my jeep?? My back end looks a little Sagier than the front

No I would like to see them level with the front or is it normal for them to sag, it almost looks like there is more Clarence in the front than in the back and I want to get bigger tires
