So I took my Bushwackers off of the Jeep
Trimin up the POs hack job

Taped off a line and painted black paint on there where I did the cuts gonna put that door edge trim to clean up the fenders a bit more

And just look at the great job the PO did trimming the fenders for the Bushwackers
These are the rears

So I took a body hammer and went nuts

And now look at it

So small and minor update. Put those 285s on Cragers from the Wrangler to the XJ

It's so tiny

Jeep looks really clean. I like that color green. Just in case you haven't already, I would recommend re-welding the rear trimmed fender lips. It looks like the PO just cut the pinch welds right off, which are structurally important. I know because years ago when I got my 1st Cherokee I did the same thing and regretted it later.

Well this is goodbye. I sold the XJ last week and I have no more Jeeps

I have since acquired a 69 Short Step C/10 and that is the direction I will be going. Maybe one day I will get another TJ or XJ but for now all my Jeeps are gone

It was a fun ride here, made a few good friends along the way and learned so much about Jeeps. But I will be back someday. Til then later
