and a video of a failed attempt at a wall, its a 5-6 vertical wall of slickrock. ive made the climb before but just couldnt seem to make it yesterday.

but, it was a good way to really put those CTM's to the test only with my skid plate as i came down hard on the throttle a few times

really the only time the tires came off the ground were during a couple climbs where the ledge was steep enough to tilt the jeep to its vertical center of gravity. and that was just the suspension dropping out to full droop. during all the other somewhat steep climbs the suspension stayed neutral.

actual unloading characteristics are a little different.

Just get a decent 110. They are fairly cheap and you will be surprised what you can do with them. Hell, everything on my Jeep has been done with my 110.

I really need to, only thing is I'm still at home and barely have a place for my jeep tools and parts that I have laying around now.

Would be nice to do a comp cut and everything on my XJ though. Hmm, maybe towards the end of july I'll pick one up.

You're not going to be one of the kids that comp cuts because it's the "cool thing to do" are you? You comp cut to stretch, and stretching is basically worthless unless you're at 40"+ tire size. Not sure why people want to go more than 102" wb. It's basically the sweet spot on a rig w/ 35"-37" tires....

I'd comp cut because I'd tie together with sliders and a rear bumper as a mini-exo cage, plus tube fenders and have it tied to my rear quarter armor as well.

Oh and throw frame stiffeners into that whole thing too.
