Thanks, There seems to be more low end but top end feels about the same but I haven't put enough miles on it yet for the computer to relearn everything.

Cool. Is your cat back stock? You might see a great improvement if you complement that header.

I really like my IRO cat back exhaust.

Please report back any mpg gains if possible, I'm sorta battling mpg's right now.

Actually today I put my Borla muffler on which was off my '99 and that is 2.5" pipe. I will be measuring my mileage to see if there is any improvement.

So I have driven almost 200 miles and it looks like I lost 3mpg So now I am averaging around 13. I do not blame the header for this, I did some other things to the exhaust setup that are affecting my mpg so I will be putting some of the stock pieces back.

The header has greatly increased low end torque from idle up to 2500RPM. Other than that there is maybe a very small incerase in power in the top end. The biggest problem I am running into the the aftermarket down pipe is in the way of the front driveshaft, so the old one will be going back in.

This weekend I decided to clean the Jeep up a little. I washed and waxed it, it came out really good if you ask me.

And my exhaust tip which adds like 300hp.

I also ordered the IRO HD tie rod and some floor mats. I also finished hooking up my trans temp gauge.

So on my way home the Jeep threw a CEL P1294 which basically means it can't hit the target idle speed. I think there might be a leak at the instake manifold and head.

If you want to delete those cats without setting off your computer, just get some spark plug anti-foulers. They're like $1-2 at any auto parts store.

Drill one out, screw the one onto the other, screw the o2 sensor into them, then install. It will space out your sensor far enough to where it shouldn't pick up any bad signals.

Thanks, that is how it was mounted in my 2wd '99 and it works now. The t-case lever gets in the way in 2wd but other than that it is fine.

-Rudy- we aren't allowed to talk about those sorts of things, we will make the hippies mad
