I have and I am using the bigger low pressure return (requires 1/2" hose). I highly doubt me drilling the high pressure fitting 1/8" bigger would mess it up since it worked fine with the xj pump and the people who had issue with them drilled them out to the WJ size, which is way bigger.

So I just put a regular 4.0 ps pump in.

I did swap out the plastic POS pulley with a metal one.

It was too hot out and I was tired of screwing with it. I will say the 4.7 pump turned much easier then the 4.0 one and that was with it aerating and whinning. Did you get my text today?

So my transmission mount had come loose but I could not fit a ratchet or box end wrench between the cross member and bolt and I didn't feel like dropping the cross member, so I customized it.

While I was going to get something to eat I saw this pull into a parking lot and I had to follow and take a picture.

Well the initial test drive went well. These sliders eat the big bumps up like they are nothing and the stability added feels likes I am almost running a rear sway bar. The down side right now is I feel all the small bumps, kinda like a sports car suspension.

How do you like those leaf sliders? Ive seen more and more people using them. How are they on the road? from the look of there design they look like they would bottom out a lot going over bumps, do they? did they add any lift? and what about flex? has it increased or decreased from having them instead shackles. Sorry about the explosion questions just curious. Nice looking Jeep btw, Keep up the good work!

In the garage they flexed awesome but on the ramp I went to about the same spot as before so something is binding up somewhere.. There might be an issue with the front binding up from the track bar and steering.

Around town the ride awesome, exactly like shackle relocation brackets but without the extra lift. They do not bottom out going over bumps and in fact eat up the big bumps like they aren't even there. If they add any lift it is very minimal (which is what I want since I only want 5.5" of lift). In theory there is more flex from the crappy shackle angle I had before but on the ramp I can't see it. Hey no problem, I love answering questions

Going on the ramp today I made it maybe 1-2" further but that was it so I wasn't too happy about that.. Ramp pictures:

Also tried the look of some 35x12.50s, I like!

Thanks yeah I did the shackle relocation. The ride is not that bad but what I am looking for is more rear flex without going 4 link
