I'm lookin at getting one but when I took my jacked up bumper off I noticed I only have one of the strips.
I would imagine the skid plate would need them to bolt in.

That's what I figure. I saw your post the other day and couldn't tell what the nutstrips even were. When I pulled the rear bumper I figured it out.

Brake lines are long enough

LOL Melvin was there and I was dropping Kevin off to pick up his Jeep.

He is going to buy my old brake lines, shackles, relocation brackets, and steering and some other things. I need to clean the garage out...

Hey I got the slider boxes painted! Is it sad that I gave up installing them because it was too hot outside for me to mess with removing the rear bumper

Installed my power steering cooler tonight. It gets really hot just turning the wheels back and forth in the driveway.

In an attempt to get a little more flow at idle I drilled the hose fitting out to 5/32", it seems to steer a lot easier at idle now.

And a better picture of cooler install.

Drove it around some and I love how it steers now! Now my arm doesn't get tired driving it around.

I drilled the bottom hole a little larger so that the cooler hose won't be so tight in it.

I would not go anymore than 5/32" because it is almost too sensitive at highway speed.

Also I got the idea from this site: http://westtexasoffroad.homestead.co...rsteering.html

Installed the WJ pump and what a disappointment, it is whining like crazy! It was awesome for about 5 seconds and then it starting acting up. I am wondering if I got a bad pump.

No search around, theres a certain reason why this happens! The solution is on naxja somewhere, just google "jeep xj wj steering pump install problems" or something similar!
