Today's junkyard run was a bust, there were no v8 wjs for me to plunder their power steering pump from and they didn't have any tcases there I would trust to run (when the aluminum housing has corrosion on it I become concerned.)

On a side not I just ordered the liquid iron industries slider boxes.

I checked those out, sounds very legit! Curious to see what you think of them.

I really enjoy your build, man. Where most people stop, you have really continued to improve and modernize the whole platform. A lot of your mods are big improvements over stock, and they are things most people overlook. Its the details that make a rig, and you have no shortage them. Props on proving you dont have to conform to the masses to have a well built rig.

Thanks! I am just trying to make it drive better then factory and have decent performance off road, I always try to find a compromise between the 2.

It looks like power steering fluid is getting slightly hot...

This might explain my power steering fade once it warmed up, that fluid was initially clear.

I changed the fluid a year ago when I swapped the pump, I guess I need to add a cooler to my pump.

These nutstrips - any idea if Rusty's fuel tank skid needs these to bolt into?

I'm lookin at getting one but when I took my jacked up bumper off I noticed I only have one of the strips.
