It's only a sketch. I didn't have any drafting stuff to actually do anything with measurements or to scale. It's going to be 3/16" steel, with possibly 1/4 winch plate and mounts, and either 1.75" x.120" or 2" x.120" HREW or DOM.

Yeah, that was my assumption. Should be an awesome bumper!

Well, the Jeep jumped up to 260+ on the thermostat today. Thinking its a blown head gasket. Kinda bummed because I still have a month left of school and really no way of fixing it right now. Luckily it's still drivable but not for long distances.

Any coolant/oil mixing ?

Could be something simple like a fan or water pump ...

No. But I've figured out it was an air pocket in the cooling. Haven't had any issues since I flushed and refilled it. It stays under 210 on 80* days now.
Planning a new aluminum radiator with triple E-fans. And I'm going to tear apart the head and redo the head gasket anyway.

Finally went doorless.

But now my Jeep is running on its last leg. Gotta get it fixed soon now that I have a steady flow of cash.

Yup. Now I see what everybody is talking about. Way better than the tiny windows; and mine had vent shades so even smaller. Feels good to drive around doorless. Turning a lot more heads now too.

Nope. Haven't washed it since the last time it was covered in mud. And there is still mud on the inside from that incident. One of these summer days it'll get washed good though.

Got some new plans that I've thought over. Think I'm going to go ahead and buy me a set of beefier axles soon so I have trust in my axles with 35's, and 37's in the future. If I can find a bronco I plan to take the D44 and 9" out of it and fit it for my XJ. Then 35's afterward. Front bumper is in the plans and should be fabricated soon along with rear, sliders, and stiffeners. Then sooner or later monstaliner exterior and maybe interior. And maybe some other little things.
