Mopar 2" hitch cover doesn't fit my WJ?

Hey guys, I just picked up a 2" hitch cover from mopar (p/n 82208453AB) and it doesn't fit the WJ right (factory tow hitch). It's because of the chain loops going off either side of the receiver; they do not allow the rubber loop on the cover to go all the way around. Is there another hitch cover that is meant for this application?
