Making some quick discos. Just need to bolt them up

I cut up, rounded off and drilled some grade 8 bolts and stuck some lynch pins in em for the disconnecting part

Also bought a Warn M8000i today. Guess that means ill need a winch bumper

New vs old:

Pulling the old stud:

Replaced the old stud with a grade 8 bolt I rounded off, drilled and put a lynch pin in. Also replaced the sway bar bushing (k3171 moog)

Old vs new:

Poly spacers:

And done...

(4) female 1/2" rod ends/Heim joints
1/2" Threaded rod. I cut mine at 7" each side. I bought 3'
(8) 1/2" nuts. 2 on each disco and 2 on each stud
(2) 1/2 grade 8 bolts
(8) 3/8" poly spacers. These will depend on your mounting points. I didn't want mine rattling around

I also had the top mounts from the old IRO endlinks so I didn't have to make or build those. I spent right at $55 dollars making them and they took about an hour. I used a tie rod end puller to remove the factory studs. They came right out with no issues.

I still don't have one, but get some tube and connectors from advanced, then go to a jy and get one from a 96 or older XJ. They go in the engine bay by the air box instead of the fender.

Gotcha. I've read about that from EricsXJ. Just not a lot of details on how to hook it up. It's nothing I can't figure out.
