Oh yes!!! Those are awesome!! But what about putting the Jeep logo in The center of tach and XJ in the center of the speedO? And mines a 92 so I'll need one of those with no abs or cruise. And LEDs behind those would be sick!

If yours is a 92 than you will need the ones that I already make
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f43/i...82/?highlight=

these are for 97-01 XJs with the updated interior and dash. If I could make it fit an older XJ, I would have it installed in mine. I figure it would take a lot of welding, fabbing, and a whole new computer and wiring to do it right.

OK, test 1 complete. Ive found a few issues.
  1. Need to stabilize the inks so they dont burnish. its not smudging, just an issue with matte black.
  2. need to adjust the print for the pins that the needles rest on.
  3. need to adjust my print slightly and the cut for the fuel and battery.
  4. have to add the slots for the little circle clips that go under the needles.
  5. May have to order a new cutter. Hope not... cant afford out of pocket and haven't found one that will do what I need. Anyone here have a die cutter with optical alignment you want to rent out time on?
  6. still need to test with lights, meaning i need to tear out my wife's dash. She doesn't like that.

Overall, I love the look. Your thoughts?

I like it!

A new set of LEDs when I change mine over will be about perfect.

My only problem is that I didn't get my concrete poured before freeze-up so I have to wait until spring.

Very nice. I'm a fan, but I prefer a simpler look, maybe without the blue/red color scheme, just hash marks or something similar?

I will most likley be offering a secondary version, as I did with the previous ones.

Although, for right now, I may do 2 versions, and metric and US for each.

Checked out the link looks great. One question though. Can I get the ore 97 background in the black like you just showed?

Never had that request. Shoot me an email at azzyscustoms@verizon.net and we can work out the details.

That would look really nice. I want to do "black light" or red leds and I think anything but white might look stupid with a color in front of it.

I get you. cant say i would want either... Red is for when things need attention (like those brake lights that come on in front of you from out of nowhere) or when something breaks.

And black-light... ouch.

Different strokes for different folks. Dont worry, we will have an option for you.

My cutting machine is not up to the task of cutting this material. Tomorrow I will have some calls in to a dealer or 2, see what I can work out. Also going to try another material, this prints well, but is hard to feed in our plotter.

2 steps forward, 1 step back. Dont worry, recent events have given me cause to get off my butt a bit more. these WILL be getting out soon, and I have told a few who will be beta testers. When I get my first set of good cuts, expect PMs.

I keep saying red. I mean orange. My firebird has orange and I love the look. I love that whole cockpit honestly. Its so much less fatiguing to drive at night cause there is hardly any light output. Just the orange dash and shift diagram and the light green clock. If i do black light it won't be real "black light" just deep purple.

As far as cutting, How bad would it be for the purchaser to cut them? do they have to be exact or is it some kind of super strong sheet (or both)? I feel like an exacto knife may do if you could sell them a bit cheaper still uncut...

Yeah not entirely sure how these work look with LEDs behind them unless they were white LEDs.

I have the best idea for a custom one now, I'd do a mock up but I'm at work.

This:

Resized and put where the turn indicators and high beams are (is that legal?)
If so, when you turn the little cherokees sides will light up and when your high beams are on the grill will light up.
