Looking at an XJ, need opinions

Hi everyone i'm new to the forum. I've been searching craigslist for a while and found something that seems to fit me. It's an 01 Cherokee Sport with 140k on the engine. The seller is only asking $2,900 for it. Is there anything I should be looking for? The price seems a little low to me. This is also going to be my first jeep so I don't know a whole lot about them. Here is the ad: http://scranton.craigslist.org/cto/3953681981.html

Up in Scranton the first thing I would look for is rust, check the floors and rockers second is check the coolant and see if its clean and fresh, that year jeep had a head issue that would cause some of them to crack if not properly taken care of look for the casting mato 0331 on the head, that being said I would not let the fact that it has that head stop me from buying it I have an xj with the 0331 head its 150,000 plus on it so if its a nice jeep and checks out ok go for it and good luck.
ah,beer the cause of and cure to all of lifes problems ...Homer J Simpson... I am the guy in the red jeep!
