There's a facebook group, spokane area 4x4 that might be helpful to you. Interested in the IRO kit myself but unsure about the single shear hiems and if they are legal in WA. Strange that template didn't fit for you. I want a set of those Napier flares too.

got my iro kit on and havent done the duel sab kit yet. my steering is still sloppy and everything is installed correctly. idk maybe somethings wrong in my steering wheel. anyways the the kit is sorta a pain in the *** so my dad helped me out and even then since the way the joints are the drag link still is not how i would like it it sorta sits and wobbles due to the fact the joint ends are just spheres and not like a normal tie rod end

I think your frame side track bar mount is too low compared to your drag link off the pitman arm - maybe it's the angle of the picture? Can you get a better picture of the passenger side knuckle attachment? If you have a helper turn the wheel back and forth, where is the play?

I haven't touched the jeep in a while I need to do a oil change and Trans fluid change. Also I went to the junk yard and destroyed a steering column to get some parts and also picked up a new wiper arm. Now I just need to figure out how to not destroy my steering column while fixing it lol. Also got a bit of money and will order Napier flares soon.

in this pic... if I am not mistaken someone with more knowledge of this will chime in, but i thought on this kind of steering the TIE ROD/SPHERE on that pass side knuckle should it not run on top of the knuckle? just seems it should be on top and not hang down all the way like that. just my opinion.

Setup just like the instructions that came with it. If you google it everyone els is the same, Its just the angle of the picture i guess that makes it look wonky

ok cool, just checking just seems it should have been flipped but I think those are the other kits that require reeming and drilling and all that fun stuff. not sure, have you taken it to a local 4WD shop and have them adjust everything?

No that costs money. Plus my dad is a mechanic/body guy he helps me out alot. I didn't want to get into rimming out stuff and changing anything so I went with bolt in.

Changed the thermostat, what a pain in the *** that bottom bolt is. Also my vacuum line to my vacuum canister broke so I need to get a new one of those. And my electric fan is not coming on at 190/210 or whatever jeep hit 220 and still nothing so more to fix.

I bought a vacuum line at my local dealer for under $17. Check the link in my signature for pics of where it starts, ends, and routing.
