Lil_Jeep_Guy's Build Thread

Bought it a few days ago. Gonna be a slow but steady build.

Problems:
Needs Transfer Case,
Needs Windshield,
Stereo Doesn't work,
Interior Lights Don't Work,
All Windows Work But Only From Drivers Switches,
Locks Don't Work,
Drivers Door Opens Real Hard,
Rear Doors Open Slightly Hard,
And Sunroof Is Gone, Replaced with Plywood, Wooden Siding, And Sealant.

For the windows, its probably just the window lock on the driver door. I just went through this issue. Though depending on what's wrong with the locks, boards could be the issue.

I may have an extra maybe working front passenger lock and window board for the newer model xjs

If you did some research, then you should have come up with a pretty solid conclusion on what's best/what most people are using.

So yesterday the left front caliper broke. Buying a whole new brake system for it today. That'll be intalled today. Tomorrow the new windshield gets put in thanks to AJ's Glass in North Conway, NH.
