Lighting problem Please Help

My Left blinker works fine but it doesnt come on as a running light and my right works fine (all bulbs lit) except it blinks 2x faster half the time. When i turn my lights on, on the dash my right blinker light is lit constantly no blinky. Anyone having the same problem? How do you fix it?

The stock wiring harnesses are prone to breaking grounds.
