Lift & Tire help!!!

I have a 98 xj and i want 35" Tires on it. What would i have to do to make the tires fit? Lift? Fender work? Both?

Depends most people can fit 35's on there roof just fine, with no lift or trimming.

Totally gut the fenders and stuff them with properly backspaced wheels with extended bumpstops.
