Lift Kit for 2000 Cherokee Sport 4.0L

Can someone help me with choosing a lift kit for my Cherokee?

I am looking for a 3.5" - 4.0" lift kit for my Jeep with a price range between $500-$1500. I would like new shocks, springs, and new leaf springs to all be included with the kit. The reason being that most of the moving components of my undercarriage are rusted or worn out to an extent that can't be ignored anymore. I currently have a 3.5" lift kit on my Jeep.

There are a lot of options out there, so I am just wondering what the Jeep Forum thinks would be a choice, all input would be greatly appreciated.
