Let's see those 5 speeds!

I feel like an outcast with my 5 speed 99 XJ, everybody tellin' me I can't do any offroading till I regear my crappy 3.07s I wanna see Jeeps with 5 speeds so I will have a little inspiration to lift! Let me know what setup you are running and what gearing, I'm trying to get an idea what I can get away with without a regear.

Here's mine. Stock 3.07 gears with 245/75/R16s (about 31's). Lift is a Rubicon Express Super Ride 3.5 with Old Man Emu Shocks. It drives fine with the stock gears. On the highway I just don't use 5th on any type of grade. I might want to swap in 3.55 axles from an auto at some point but it's not impossible to live with. Excuse the salt please I just washed it and don't have pics.

I got 2 XJ with 5 speeds. One "new" and the other "old" (soon to be gone)
Sorry they are both stock but I can see where 3.07s would suck with bigger tires. I had 235-75-r15s on the red one and stock on the blue one

I ran 32s on the 3.07 Gears and had no troubles. Needed to downshift going up big hills on the highway but drove great and never felt like i needed more power.
