Lebaron Hood Louvers

Anyone know where I can find some? Went to 3 junk yards today and found none. None on ebay or my local craigslist either.

Just a suggestion, but to save yourself some decent coin, you could also look into running HVAC Floor Registers..I just did this mod and I love it! Held on with 10 1/8" Rivets on each..They were $6 each and I had rivets at home.. so $12 and my time..

I got mine off ebay. Keep looking and they may show up. Or you should try alternate searches for them. Such as Lebaron hood louvers, Chrysler hood vents.. etc. I remember when i was looking there was something that i searched that pulled up a few results.

Those hvac vents don't look bad at all. I think I'm going to try to find some lebaron louvers first but if it starts getting too hot first, I might give it a shot. Do you guys know what year(s) Lebarons came with those louvers? Pretty sure I've heard there's some New Yorker's that came with them also?

Both the LeBaron (turbo models only) and New Yorkers had them. Can't remember the specific years, but they only ran up to the late 80's (88/89 for the LeBaron and early 90's for the New Yorker?) Both had some generation overlaps in the 80's and 90's when the boxy styling (vents) was switching to curvy lines (no vents.) I've seen them for sale around the web, but there's no way I'm paying more than $40 for a set.

Don't forget to check craigslist for part-outs.

Take a look for Datsun (that's Nissan to you young folks) 280zx hood vents... just picked up a pair after seeing another forum member's ride... so nice.
