Followed it up with a simple 2-bolt mount to the factory rack.

Can you post pictures of how you spliced your stock harness into your new lights?

I had OEM fogs and just cut the plugs off of them and flopped the wires inboard of the "frame rails." Pics and info from 2010 at http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f177/...l#post10263358 when I did the first round of bumper-mounted Chinamart lights. It was just a simple strip/solder/heat shrink process each time. Even if you don't have factory fogs, the plugs are probably still there. If you have any other questions, please ask!

The big wires from the lights spliced into the smaller stock plug wires?

It's only like one size difference. This pic exaggerates that because my solder joint is on the fat side. But yeah, that's how I did it. Also, keep in mind that in this pic, I'm wiring it wrong. Chrysler switch the color pattern on the light side of the plug. It needs to be wired red to black and black to blue to maintain proper polarity. Incandescent bulbs don't care but the polarity has to be right for LEDs.

From my buddy Jay (Prime).

http://www.xterranation.org/showthre...-Flood-Squares

Take a look at his build thread if you visit their site. He has a badass 03 Xterra on 33s, rear ARB, rock rails, snorkel, etc. No flex shots though.

PBR and Jeep work. A little piece of heaven indeed.

When it's hot, you have to drink more, so I'm sticking with what's cheap. Sadly though, PBR has gotten so popular that it's within $1 per 24-pack of Miller Lite and Yuengling.

So much of our work has been under the partial possession of John Barleycorn, Prime and I started a wrenching-while-drinking feed on Facebook and Twitter.
