industrial farm trailer aircraft tires towing with jeep

what the hell is this, do you think i can tow it with my jeep, and how much do you think it weighs?
Someone gave it to me -_-
How much is it worth too?
Its got a dump bed and aircraft tires
I already moved it around with a 4runner which was sagging a bit with the tongue weight. I have the correct clevis hitch for it
5.5" lift with s10 bastard pack in the rear and air load shocks (give them a break they work real good)
