I'm not always so harsh - click the link sometime you are at a laptop or something - and read the sticky's also - most of the stuff you're asking about is there. Even how to post pics in hear...

Air shocks are not for offroading - coils and leaf packs are. The airshock lift is probably stiff as hell and not for a light vehicle like an XJ.

I bought my XJ 8 months ago and it had air shocks. P.O. Towed a mower. Never off roaded. Air shocks and blocks are unsafe on an XJ!!!
AS will break off your lower shock bolts on a bad bump.
XJ springs are weak from the start, blocks will twist your springs!!!! (axle wrap)
Just because somebody else did it should not mean you need to ruin your rig!!!
Full leaf packs and coils! If you can't lift it right, wait till you can. You will thank yourself.
